Chandigarh : Former MP of Chandigarh and Additional Solicitor General of India, Shri Satya Pal Jain, emphasized the immense talent and potential of youth in the field of sports. He stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Administrator of Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, is taking all necessary steps to promote sports in the region.
Shri Jain was speaking as the Chief Guest at the inaugural ceremony of a cricket tournament organized by Chandigarh Youth Club at IT Park, Manimajra, this morning. Addressing the gathering, he highlighted that the youth of the country possess a deep passion and enthusiasm for sports. Given the right opportunities and platforms, they have the ability to excel and showcase their talent at national and international levels.
Commending the efforts of Chandigarh Youth Club, Shri Jain lauded the organization for its commendable role in engaging the youth of Chandigarh in sports and other community service activities. He urged the Chandigarh Administration to extend full support to such institutions so that they can achieve greater heights in the field of sports based on their capabilities and dedication.
During the event, Shri Jain interacted with the players, encouraging them and wishing them a bright future in their sporting endeavors.
