September 12, 2020 : Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been honoured as “Most Dedicated Vice-Chancellor Award” on 11.09.2020 through virtual platform for his leadership, professional efforts in education and immense contribution towards the growth of education by the Golden AIM Awards, one of the most prestigious awards that recognizes and rewards the best of the best Educational Professionals and Visionaries.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar told that with different educational awards, Golden AIM Awards is one of the most premier education recognition programme. The Golden AIM Excellence and Leadership in Education is instituted by Dynergic Business Solutions to celebrate its most business to business networking event. Selection is made by the Jury in recognition of professionals and efforts of individuals. The Jury has undertaken the criteria to select like Academic Innovations, Integrity and Ethics, Track Record, Process Management, Services Quality and specific contribution. The award carries Trophy and a Wooden Citation.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that this award is recognition of the University which in 25th year of its inception has acquired the international rank announced by Times Higher Education, UK and dedicated the award to the teaching & non-teaching employees and students of the University.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar was awarded Associateship of ICTP, Italy from 1997- 2004, He has been Research Leader ICTP, Italy, July 1993 to August 1993. He has visited abroad 17 times to Europe, Africa and America.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar has been awarded Vidyasagar Award (2017), Life Time achievement Award, (2016), Appreciation Award by Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturer (2016), Education Leadership award (2016) and Ibush award by Amity University (2015).
