Chandigarh March 30, 2022.A delegation of the Teaching and Non Teaching staff of Mehar Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women Chandigarh today called on Sh. Satya Pal Jain, Ex MP and the Additional Solicitor General of India and express their sincere thanks to the Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji and the Union Home Minister Sh. Amit Shah Ji for making Central Civil Services Rules applicable to the employees of the UT Chandigarh.
The delegation was led by Smt. Nisha Bhargav, Principal of the College and Sh. Hans Raj Gandhar a Senior Member of the DAV Colleges Managing Committee New Delhi. They also thanked Sh. Satya Pal Jain for taking up their cause of the employees with the Union Government.
The delegation included the representatives of Teaching as well as the Non Teaching staff of the college. Mr. Jain assured them that he will convey their sentiments to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the Hon’ble Home Minister. He assured them that the present Narendra Modi Government is committed to the welfare of the people and will continue taking all possible steps for their welfare.
