The Haryana govt has directed employers of all organisations and establishments, which are covered under Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959, to get their offices registered at the Employment department.
“The employers can also register themselves online on the web portal of the department ‘Employer Registration’,” a spokesman of the Department said in Chandigarh on Sunday.
All the public sector employers of Haryana and central government offices or organisations located in the state as well as all private establishments, employing 25 or more persons, should notify vacancies to the employment exchange offices in their jurisdiction, he said.
They were also under obligation to submit quarterly employment return and biennial employment return under the Act, the spokesman added.
