Dr I.T Group of Institutes, Organized its 5th National Seminar and Business Summit 2012 on “Creating High Performing Organisation” on 14 March 2012 at ICSSR Panjab University, Chandigarh. Every organisation endeavours to attain a high performance culture. It is recognized as a backbone to bring long term success and creating a positive work culture in working environment. Creating a high performing organisation requires a sense of energy and an exceptional thrill that floods the entire environment and attitude of people working in them.
Prof. R.C. Sobti Vice Chancellor, Punjab university was the Chief Guest for the occasion, he highlighted on the high performance of education system. He emphasized that now we are living in Knowledge society and compete with developed nations, so education system should revitalized to produce professionals as well as teachers who have passion for their work and ready to contribute towards the society and nation.
He stressed on the need based education system which can reach to rural areas. He later on illustrate introspection should be motivated to restrict the moving from heritage and culture. Dr. Veera Gupta (Snecretary CBSC, New Delhi) inaugural speaker emphasized on the inner and surrounding awareness, a thought process given by Maharshi Dayanand, so that organizations can concentrate on focal point. Key note speaker was Prof. S.K.Chadha (Prof. university Business School, Chandigarh) emphasized on the moving of survival of fittest to survival of fastest. He concentrates on flexibility and human factors because these factors can create differences in any organisation. He put emphasis on team building parameters so that a right platform can be created to get tremendous result.
CA M.C. Mahajan, chairman of DR IT Group emphasized on non profitability of education system to save the values and cultural heritage of the country. He describes the coordination between bottom and top line of organisation to craft ethics and moral values with in the society. Mr. Sameer Mahajan, MD(Dr ITM Limited) articulated the requirement of right people for right job and internal communication system to make the organisation high performing. Mrs. Deepti Batra, CEO of Dr I.T Group of Institutes focused on the gradual development of the Group, she also presented her views on the feeling of ownership within the employees of organisation. She again describes the Record and Recognition system within the organisation to motivate the work force to create a high performing organisation.
Prof. P.P.Arya, eminent scholar and MD Dr IT Group bestow the qualities of high performers like George Washington and Mahatma Gandhi so that one can develop those qualities to change the scenario around the world. Many scholars from different parts of the vicinity throw light on the topic with their valuable opinions.
