Chandigarh, 27th September: CITCO has organized a special South Indian Food Festival with an array of south Indian dishes at reasonable rates coinciding with World Tourism Week celebrations from 25th September to 1st October 2011. The food at this festival definitely leaves a mark on the palette of all food lovers .The rich South Indian menu encompasses all popular dishes like Papad, Rassam, Plain Dosa, masala Dosa, Idli sambar, Rava Masala Dosa, Dahi Vada,Vada Sambhar, Dal Vara, Uttpam, Thenghai Sadam(coconut rice), Yduminchan Sadam(lemon rice), Chellinadu Kaikari Masala , Avial, Kootu, Chicken Chettinad, Dessert and Payasam.The tourists and visitors shall also be enthralled with entertainment and cultural activities from 6 pm onwards during the weeklong tourism celebrations.
