Gupta said that Sarpanches and Panches are resigning for fear of death and Congress-National Conference are busy in leveling allegations on each other on one side and sharing power on the other side. He said that this is highly staged drama of this government to befool the people and govern.
Launching attack on the Congress, Gupta said that when Congress leaders are openly opening their mouths on the non performance of government why their ministers are not resigning. He said that this is the traditional double standard approach of this party but people are well are that they are being befooled by the Congress-NC both parties.
BJP leader said that the situation has turned grim and militancy is getting reviewed in this state as the government has failed to curb the militancy and also failed to protect the lives of the people. He said that the situation suited for Governor Rule and Governor must intervene and suspend this un-holy alliance of NC-Congress who are sharing powers and opposing each others simoltannesoly. The party has said that Centre should also came at the rescue of panchayat Institutions as sarpanches and Panches in large number are shunning the democratic institutions with the fear of militants. He said that they are feeling inscure due to governments hands up on their security. He added that centre should also strengthen AFSPA in this state and should depute more forces especially Army in Kashmir and other areas.
As a matter of fact the introduction of Panchayati Raj across the country, was a very well thought subject but it is not being practiced in its right perspective.
Because in actuality this Panchayati Raj means,a system-“Panchayat to Parliament” & there is no need of M.L.As. in between at all & no need of Vidhan Sabhas / State Assemblies as these are mere burden on the Public Exchequer as superfluous expenditure indeed and instead there ought to be 5 Zonal System Of Governance, such as- “Northern.Eastern.Western.Southern .& Central Zonal Governments”, having 4- Four Governors & 1-One Governor General in the Central Zones, to get the works done through IAS & IPS Cadre Officers & their subordinates, with the consent of Villages’ Panchayats & Members of Urban Civic Bodies, who should be represented in the Parliament through their elected Parliamentarians, to make laws of the nation as a whole.
In fact the unwarranted financial burden on presently laid out Political Infrastructure has worstly told upon the economy of this nation, which needs to be reduced in the utmost interest of people & the nation at large, even if the whole Constitution Of Country, which with the passage of time & in consistence with the pervasive & prevalent overall chaotic conditions, across the country, warrants an immediate revamp, to better the lot of the people of the nation at large.
And if need be there must be a national debate & deliberations in these above contexts, in the presence of Media Magnates, wherein we may also be given a chance to throw light on the said issues–dr.amritgaur
