Asif Iqbal Naik ,Kishtwar May 31:- After an email of much hyped last year September 7 Delhi High Court blast case trace to a local cyber café in Kishtwar District, under developed Kishtwar District suddenly comes on the radar of the security agencies monitoring the terrorist activities not only in Jammu and Kashmir but also in other parts of the country. But with the recovery of luxurious “Outlander” car of missing Pakistani origin Bollywood actress Laila Khan from a shop in Kishtwar District on Om Mehta Road which is only few hundred meters away from Police Station Kishtwar, Deputy Commissioner Office Kishtwar and from the Court of Principal District and Session Judge Kishtwar has put the question mark on the alertness of security agencies in Kishtwar District.
The sources said that the seized vehicle might be used by the militants for transportation of explosive from Kishtwar to Delhi for carrying out the blast outside Delhi High Court. The sources said that the vehicle is fully computerized and required train driver for its driving. If sources could be believed, it was Major Yasir a Bangladeshi army deserter who drives the seized vehicle to Kishtwar along with Major Gulam Sarwar of Pakistani army and Dr. Waseem Akram Malik. The sources said that after reaching Kishtwar, two foreigners Major Yasir and Major Ghulam Sarwar transported the explosive from Kishtwar to Jammu and then to Delhi in a well hatched conspiracy and after executing the blast, the vehicle once again entered into Jammu and Kashmir and it was Ghulam Sarwar who this time driven the vehicle again back up to Kishtwar under the night cover before he with the help of Parvaiz Iqbal Tak manage to dump the vehicle inside the isolated shop on Om Mehta road Kishtwar. The sources said that NIA, Maharashtra ATS and Kishtwar police is likely to question Dr. Waseem Akram Malik presently lodged in Tehar jail Delhi to ascertain the reports pertaining to the use of vehicle for transportation of explosive to Delhi. The sources said that after getting success in carrying out blast outside Delhi High Court, the militant group led by Pakistani Major Ghulam Sarwar is planning for fresh terror attack in major cities of India. However Jammu and Kashmir police are tight lipped over the latest development and refuse to divulge any details over the progress of the case.
According to the fresh details comes to the forefront during the investigation, the vehicle was parked inside the closed shop since last 6-8 months, thus indicates that the vehicle enter into Kishtwar District soon after the terror link of Delhi High Court blast tracks to Kishtwar which finally ended with the arrest of three accused from Kishtwar district including a medico student Dr. Waseem Akram Malik, while the other Kishtwar based HM militants involved in the case are still on run in Marwah forests of the District. The sources said that with the recovery of Laila Khan’s vehicle from a shop in Kishtwar, Kishtwar once again comes under the close radar of terror screening agencies in lieu of possible links of missing actress with Pakistani Spy agency ISI.
Jammu and Kashmir police also probing the disappearance of actress Laila Khan refuse to budge the theory of Anti Terrorist Squad regarding presence of Laila Khan in Dubai. Jammu and Kashmir police terms the theory of ATS only as a cover up. “Actress Laila Khan’s mystery is deepening— this crime for sure has its part in at least in 4 states; her location in Dubai seems to be just cover up.” Said senior Jammu Kashmir police officer. Jammu and Kashmir police feels that the case of mysterious disappearance of actress Laila Khan requires lot of patience and needed hard work to unfold the mystery behind the disappearance of Laila and her family members. As per the reports, the missing actress at the time when she entered in Jammu and Kashmir along with her family members have jewelry and cash worth more than one crore in position. As per the sources, the Jammu and Kashmir police did not rule out killing in lieu of money. The sources said that in case the missing actress and her family had travel to Dubai, they require to fly out of the country on passport and said that police might scrutinize the details of various airline agencies to ascertain whether the actress and her family fly to Dubai on valid passport or not. Meanwhile Kishtwar police intensified the probe as to how the absconder NCP leader Parvaiz Iqbal Tak manage to hide the vehicle in Kishtwar and what was his motive behind hiding the vehicle inside the isolated shop. Police has reportedly questioned the family members of absconder Parvaiz to ascertain his whereabouts. There are also report that police is also looking for another Maharashtra bound vehicle “Cello”. The sources said that few months back a “Cello” vehicle having Maharashtra registration number has been seen playing on roads in Kishtwar District with NCP logo tagged over it.
Meanwhile Maharashtra police probing the disappearance of actress Laila Khan is expected to reach Kishtwar by tomorrow afternoon to help Kishtwar police in probing and establishing the possible link from Kishtwar behind the disappearance of the actress Laila and her family members. The police will also make an attempt to open the doors of the recovered vehicle so as to find any clue inside the vehicle regarding the disappearance of the actress Laila Khan and her family.
It is worthwhile to mention that as per the record available with Maharashtra Motor Vehicle Department, the luxurious vehicle bearing Reg No: MH02BY-7867 seized by Kishtwar police on Tuesday night was owned by Pakistani origin Bollywood actress Laila Khan missing since Jan 2011 after she travel to Jammu and Kashmir with her family members to attended the local marriage ceremony in Kashmir.
