Bhopal: Saturday, January 1, 2011 : The recitation competition for the patriotic poetry started today at various schools in Madhya Pradesh aiming at encouraging students to learn poetry for recitation and generating awareness among the students of national integrity, contribution of great leaders, martyrs and respect them as well as assimilate into Indian culture in their lives.
The selected candidates from districts and state will take part at state level recitation competition on Republic Day ceremony. The competition is being conducted from January 1 to January 4 for primary, middle, high school and higher secondary at Jan Siksha Kendra; primary and middle school competition on January 6 at block development level and at district level competition of primary, middle high school and higher secondary schools on January 10. At high and higher secondary school competition on January 17. The state level competition of primary, middle, high school and higher secondary schools is being held on January 20.
The winners of primary and middle schools will be participating at district level Republic Day celebration, The winning students from each class will take part at state level Republic Day celebration.
The winner of primary school level competition will be given Rs 750 as a token of appreciation while middle school winner gets Rs 1000 and Rs 1250 is being given to the winner of high and higher secondary school level. Further information can be viewed or downloaded.
