The youth Congress leadership from Kishtwar close to Azad group are on the path of the confrontation and demanded immediate voting for Kishtwar district which was declared as canceled by Karamjeet Singh, Assistant Returning Officer of Congress party for Kishtwar constituency due to irregularities in voter list as the youth Congress leaders belongs from Azad group alleged charges of bungling in voter lists against Rana Harvinder Singh, Lok Sabha Returning Officer of Congress party for Udhampur-Doda-Khutwa parliamentary constituency. If going through the details of order issued by ARO Kishtwar Karamjeet Singh on 16-05-2012, the English written order looks very confusing as the language written in the order could not be justified since it gives no sense of language thus creating more confusion.
Though Azad group of Congress says that ARO Kishtwar has cancelled the youth Congress elections for Kishtwar Constituency, but the Soz group of Youth Congress criticizes the move of ARO Kishtwar.
