CHANDIGARH — In a significant development for Punjab politics, Major Bhupinder Singh Dhillon Badal, a former State Minister and close relative of the late Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today.
The induction ceremony took place under the leadership of Punjab BJP State President Kewal Singh Dhillon, with Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also in attendance to welcome the veteran leader into the party fold.
